Pricing
Low season (October to March) / long term lets from £450-£650/month exclusive of utilities
Mid season ( May June & Sept) £270 - £300/week inclusive
High season (April July & Aug) £300 - £340/week inclusive
Long term lets are in excess of 4 weeks and benefit from a 10% discount.
Short notice weeks, long weekend breaks and spur of the moment impulse 'getaways' are all negotiable.
